Sigma Phi Epsilon believes in the idea of always improving yourself. One of the many ways brothers act on this idea is by attending leadership seminars.
This weekend all of the executive board along with other brothers and alumni attended the Carlson Leadership Academy (CLA) where they met and networked with hundreds of brothers from schools in the Midwest. Over the course of the CLA, brothers attended seminars focused to strengthen leadership skills.

Each executive board members went to seminars specifically designed to bolster the skills necessitated by their respective positions. From a new chapter website to new recruitment skills there was a plethora of knowledge acquired. All brothers left the program with a new found determination, strengthened abilities, and a focused goal to improve the Missouri Beta chapter at WashU.
